Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. Please note that opened boxes are not eligible for return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are happy to create return labels and schedule a pickup (the cost will be deducted from your refund).
Once the unopened boxes are received at our warehouse, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
