Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. Please note that if items are removed from the box or assembled they are not eligible.

- If cancelled before we ship products: We will halt the shipment and issue full refund.
- If cancelled after products are shipped but are still in transit. We will issue an intercept with the carrier and refund 85% back to your card if the can be intercepted. (15% restocking fee)
- If boxes arrive and are unopened: You are responsible for the cost to ship the boxes back. 85% will be refunded back to your card after we receive at the warehouse.(15% restocking fee)
- If boxes have been opened and pieces are removed or have been assembled, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
