You will have the option to cancel your order by contacting our customer service team at [email protected] / 888 264 6152. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

You can view our full return policy in full but here are the key points:

• If cancelled before we ship products: We will halt the shipment and issue full refund.
• If cancelled after products are shipped but are still in transit. We will issue an intercept with the carrier and refund 85% back to your card if the can be intercepted. (15% restocking fee)
• If boxes arrive and are unopened: You are responsible for the cost to ship the boxes back. 85% will be refunded back to your card after we receive at the warehouse.(15% restocking fee)
• If boxes have been opened and pieces are removed or have been assembled, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
