If your Order has been placed but has not shipped

If entire order is cancelled after purchase and before it is shipped:

• A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover the credit card and payment processor fees of original order.

• Fee is not applied to partial cancellations or order changes.

If your Order has shipped but hasn't arrived (Still in Transit)

We can request an intercept with the carrier. This is not guaranteed to avoid delivery of product. If product is delivered, it will be handled under our standard return policy.

If the shipment can successfully be intercepted:

• A 15% intercept fee will apply.

• A 15% restocking fee will apply.

If Your Boxes Have Arrived (Unopened)

• You are responsible for return shipping costs. Products can be returned via UPS or FedEx.

• Or, we can create return labels and schedule a pickup (the exact cost will be deducted from your refund).

• Once the unopened boxes are received at our warehouse, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery:

• A 15% restocking fee will apply once received back at our warehouse.

• All carrier charges for the delivery will be deducted from your refund.

If Boxes Have Been Opened or Assembled

If pieces have been removed from the box or the coop has been assembled, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund.

Live Poultry Orders

Live poultry orders are subject to different cancellation terms:

• A $20 cancellation fee applies.

• Cancellations cannot be processed within 10 days of the scheduled hatch date.

Because hatch schedules are finalized in advance, we’re unable to make changes once that 10-day window begins.
