Please include your order number so we can assist you quickly.
If Your Order Has Not Shipped
We will stop the shipment and issue a full refund.
If Your Order Has Shipped (Still in Transit)
We can request an intercept with the carrier.
If the shipment can successfully be intercepted:
A 5% intercept fee will apply.
A 15% restocking fee will apply.
If Your Boxes Have Arrived (Unopened)
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are happy to create return labels and schedule a pickup (the cost will be deducted from your refund).
Once the unopened boxes are received at our warehouse, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery:
A 15% restocking fee will apply once received back at our warehouse.
Any additional carrier charges will also be deducted from your refund.
If Boxes Have Been Opened or Assembled
If pieces have been removed from the box or the coop has been assembled, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund.
Live Poultry Orders
Live poultry orders are subject to different cancellation terms:
A $20 cancellation fee applies.
Cancellations cannot be processed within 10 days of the scheduled hatch date.
Because hatch schedules are finalized in advance, we’re unable to make changes once that 10-day window begins.
