You will have the option to cancel your order by contacting our customer service team at [email protected] / 888-222-5213. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

You can view our full return policy in full but here are the key points:

• If cancelled before we ship products: We will halt the shipment and issue full refund.
• If cancelled after products are shipped but are still in transit. We will issue an intercept with the carrier and refund 85% back to your card if the can be intercepted. (15% restocking fee)
• If boxes arrive and are unopened: You are responsible for the cost to ship the boxes back. 85% will be refunded back to your card after we receive at the warehouse.(15% restocking fee)
• If boxes have been opened and pieces are removed or have been assembled, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
