In the rare event a piece is missing from your order:
- Ensure all boxes are accounted for and all pieces have been removed from the boxes and packaging.
- Use the instruction manual key to identify the part number and the part design.
After looking through the packaging one more time, if the piece is still missing, reach out to our team at [email protected] and include the part number you are missing. We will expedite a new part out to you. Do your best to not let this delay the setup of the coop and complete as much as you can until the part arrives.
