What if I am missing a part?Updated a month ago

In the rare event that a piece is missing from your order, here’s what to do:

  1. Confirm all boxes have arrived.
    Double-check that every box listed for your model has been delivered.

  2. Empty each box completely.
    Smaller pieces can sometimes be tucked into packaging or wrapped within larger panels, so be sure all packing materials have been fully removed and checked.

  3. Use your instruction manual.
    Refer to the parts key to identify the exact part number and part design.

We’ll get it sorted out as quickly as possible so you can get back to building.
