Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming that your refund has been issued.
After the refund is processed on our end, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your bank or card provider to post the funds back to your account.
If you don’t see the refund after that timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider for an update.
