How do I track my order?Updated 5 months ago

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.


Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.


Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later. Often times the carrier will not offer an Estimated Time of Arrival until it hits the first distribution point.

FedEx Orders: If you have multiple items in your order, FedEx will give you a primary tracking number and additional numbers for each package. You can find the additional tracking numbers on the FedEx tracking page by clicking on "Shipment is 1 of x pieces" link

Freight Orders: For our largest coop, we use carriers like CEVA or Mearsk to deliver the order. These orders take more time and the tracking info can take a little longer to populate. If the link you receive does not populate results, copy paste the number into the tracking field.
