Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Due to our current ordering system, we are very limited in making changes to existing live poultry orders.
That said, we are always happy to do our best to help. Please reach out to our team, and we will walk you through your options and help determine the best next step.
We know plans can change, and we will work with you as much as we can within the system.
Cancellation Policy
Live poultry orders cannot be cancelled within 10 days of your scheduled ship date.
For cancellations made before that 10-day window, a $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from your total purchase, including shipping. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment.
In certain emergencies, we may be able to move your ship date instead. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
We kindly ask that you plan carefully and be prepared for your scheduled hatch and ship date.
