If you are missing a box, it is likely on its way and is a day or two behind the other boxes. We ship all coop boxes out at the same time however, if you are missing a larger coop box, it is likely the truck that made the delivery to your house didn't have room in the truck. This happens quite often and will likely be delivered the next day.

We ship products from our warehouses as well directly from our partners factories where the products are made, like the auto doors. If your order includes multiple accessories it is likely boxes will arrive at different times. Tracking for each individual item is provided and can be tracked if you are missing a box.
