If it looks like you might have received the wrong box, do not take out the pieces to confirm. You can confirm by:

• Verifying the product name on the front of the box matches the product name on your receipt
• Confirm the box number - "Box 1 of 2" or "Box 1 of 1" - which indicates if another box is expected for that product. If you received (2) "Box 2 of 2" for the same product, please contact us and we'll get the correct box out to you ASAP and return the wrong box at no charge to you. 

Coops and Runs are shipped in separate boxes Here are the number of boxes you should expect with each product:

• Rhode Island Homestead XL with 4ft Run - 2 Coop Boxes and 1 Run Box
• Rhode Island Homestead XL with 6ft Run - 2 Coop Boxes and 2 Run Boxes
• Rhode Island Coop Only - 2 Coop Boxes
• Rhode Island XL Run Extension -  1 Box
• Rhode Island Walk-In Run - 2 Boxes
• Orpington Lodge with 3ft Run - 2 Coop Boxes and 1 Run Box
• Orpington Lodge with 6ft Run - 2 Coop Boxes and 2 Run Boxes
• Orpington Lodge Coop Only - 2 Coop Boxes
• Orpington Lodge Run Extension - 1 Box
• Leghorn Cottage Coop and Run - 2 Boxes

Another way to confirm if you received the wrong coop is to locate the batch number on the corner of the box. This batch number should match the label on the box:

• "365 C/N 1 of 1" = Rhode Island coop model
• "295..." = Orpington Lodge coop models
• "205..." = Leghorn Cottage
