If it looks like you may have received the wrong box, please do not open it or remove the pieces to check.

You can confirm whether it’s correct by:

• Checking the product name on the front of the box

• Confirming the box number, such as “Box 1 of 2” or “Box 1 of 1.” This tells you whether additional boxes are expected for that item.

For example, if you received two boxes labeled “Box 2 of 2” for the same product, that likely means there was a mix-up.
