What Should I Do To Prepare For the Chick's Arrival?Updated 4 months ago
Mark the calendar and make sure you are available and flexible the day they are expected to arrive. Before they arrive, have your brooder, brooder bedding, heat lamp at 100-105 degrees, and their food and water supply ready. Taking care of this after they arrive will put the chicks in danger and increase the risk of death. The faster you get them into their warm and safe environment the better.
